We all knew it, but the cat is well and truly out of the bag now. Black Ops II has been confirmed as the next Call of Duty game and it’s coming out in November.
There have been a million hints, rumours and leaks in recent weeks, all alluding to Black Ops II, but the image of a Target pre-order card obtained by IGN has confirmed not only the game’s title, but its release date too.
The pre-order card shows that the game will hit on the 13th November 2012, which is the day of a solar eclipse, hence the “Eclipse” marketing material Activision has quietly been distributing.
So there you have it. Expect a proper reveal on May 1st. Boom?
